Pricing:

Secure Mailing Systems reserves the right to change pricing without notification

Delivery: Every attempt will be made to deliver mail/courier bags within 3-4 weeks
Every attempt will be made to mailroom furniture products within 4-6 weeks

Terms: Net 30 days
Interest chargeable at 2% per month on overdue accounts.

Taxes: Extra where applicable

Shipping:

All orders are FOB our plant, Mississauga, Ontario

Returns: Goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation
20% restocking charge will apply
Products produced to customer specification are not returnable

Warranty:

Secure Mailing Systems warrants mailroom equipment to be
free from defects of workmanship for 5 years

Secure Mailing Systems warrants mail/courier bags to be
